Shipping Rates and Policies

SHIPPING:

Shipping fees are for the 48 contiguous US States only. 48 State orders are usually shipped within 48 hours via UPS Ground or similar carrier. (Our discretion) Delivery is usually within 3-14 business days. Some kits may take longer do to the fact they are prepared once they are ordered. In the event of outside circumstances preventing us from maintaining this policy, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you provide us with your order.

We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii but please allow more time.

We offer shipping worldwide, but minimum order quantities apply and rates will vary to other areas. Please e-mail us for quotes.

Customers may request quotes for Express shipping. $100 minimum order for Express Shipping. Express delivery quotes begin the day after order and payment are received. Some items can not be express shipped because they are assembled on a per order basis.

One year limited warranty on all products. Product & Pricing are subject to change and/or substitution without notice.

20% restocking fee on all returns & cancellations; only unopened product accepted for return; all returns must be pre-authorized. Shipping & handling paid by customer each way. We can not accept returns on food and water.

If you return an order without pre-authorization, return may be subject to refusal or subject to redirect fee if returned to the incorrect warehouse.

Cancellations must be received before order is processed.

Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise must be approved and returned within 30 days of purchase date.

SALES TAX: Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipped to a Colorado address. If your order will be shipped to any location in the state of Colorado your order will automatically calculate sales tax at the end of your check out process. If your address is in any other state you will not be charged sales tax.
